After many years working as a senior lawyer, Lucy decided on a change of career, moving into leadership coaching.
With a new website underway, Lucy needed a collection of professional portraits for her online presence, business branding, profiles and future marketing.
My one-hour branding portrait package was a good fit, allowing us to explore different wardrobe options, expressions and compositions rather than producing a single traditional headshot.
The result is a varied but consistent collection of photographs for her website, LinkedIn, professional profiles and other communications.
One of the things I enjoy most about these sessions is having the time to experiment and work collaboratively. They’re not just for corporate professionals, but also actors, musicians, creatives and anyone needing a broader collection of portraits.
During Lucy’s shoot, the progression from the early photographs to the final images was particularly noticeable. Changes in wardrobe made a real difference to the feel of the portraits, as did becoming more comfortable throughout the session.
We reviewed the photographs together on a large screen as we worked, making adjustments and trying different approaches. Clothing, posture and expression can all make a significant difference, and being able to see the results throughout the session helps inform those decisions.
It’s a relaxed, collaborative hour with professional direction throughout, and time to explore different looks without rushing the process.
